Plaintiffs bring this action for legal malpractice alleging that the defendants negligently caused Ms. Barbara Attridge Schell (“Ms. Schell”), who was acting as executrix of the estate of Walter R. Attridge, Jr. (“Mr. Attridge”), to accept a settlement in an underlying medical malpractice case which was far below the settlement value of the case. The plaintiffs further allege that, as a result of said negligence, each were injured. This action is currently before the court on various motions for summary judgment filed by defendants Gregory H.
