MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAMELA S. HOLLIS, Bankruptcy Judge.

Creditor GMAC Mortgage Corporation objected to confirmation of the Wilsons’ Chapter 13 plan, arguing that it impermis-sibly modifies GMAC’s rights to administer and enforce the terms of its home mortgage loan in violation of § 1322(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Wilsons used the Chapter 13 Model Plan, which is required of all Chapter 13 debtors in the Northern District of Illinois (“Model Plan”).
