This proceeding in error is from a judgment of the county court of Garfield county. Plaintiff in error, within .due time, has completed his record, and filed it with his petition in error, and has served and filed a brief in compliance with the rules of this court. The trial in the court below was to the court without a jury, and the .sole question presented by the errors urged in plaintiff in error’s brief is that there is no evidence reasonably tending to support the judgment.
