AMBRO, Circuit Judge:
This case arises from the denial of Tom-maso Fargnoli’s (“Fargnoli”) application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433 (“Act”). Fargnoli appeals the District Court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”).1 The District Court exercised jurisdiction pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
