Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 14, 1978, convicting him of assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. On June 8, 1977 the defendant’s wife, Hilda Boyd, and his stepdaughter, Tanya, then 14 years of age, were driving from their home to the latter’s girlfriend’s house.
