OPINION BY

TAMILIA, J.:

¶ 1 Betty A. Gaines,1 administratrix of the estate of Robert Moore, deceased, appeals from the May 12, 2004 Decree which ordered specific performance of a written agreement for the sale of a condominium.

¶2 The following is a summary of the pertinent underlying factual and procedural history.2 Moore died on January 4, 1999, intestate, unmarried and without issue. His two surviving sisters, Helen Cheeks and appellant Betty Gaines, are his heirs-at-law and next-of-kin under intestate laws. Moore had two assets at the time of his death, a checking account and a condominium.…
