An unsuccessful candidate for the Pennsylvania State Senate, who has been sued by his former media consultant for invoices allegedly due, has filedpreliminaiy objections demurring to his personal liability for campaign debts, challenging the sufficiency of the breach of contract averments in the complaint, and objecting to the failure to join his cam*340paign committee as a necessary party. Since the complaint and the attached exhibits indicate that the candidate actually authorized and tacitly approved the media contract in dispute, the demurrer to the candidate’s personal liability…
