Fayetteville City Hospital, an Arkansas inpatient psychiatric facility, challenges the method used by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to calculate the hospital’s reimbursement for services it provided to Medicare patients in the two years after statutory caps on reimbursements expired in 2002.
