¶ 1. Alvernest Floyd Kennedy appeals pro se from two postconviction orders entered after he was convicted of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 940.09(1)(a) & (lc)(b) (2005-06). He challenges both: (1) the order denying his motion seeking appointment of postconviction counsel at county expense, and (2) the order denying his motion seeking reconsideration of the trial court's denial of the first order.
