MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

URBINA, District Judge.

This matter comes before the court upon the defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, made pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). After considering the parties’ submissions, the court concludes that both defendants have transacted business in the District of Columbia and that the plaintiffs claim is intricately related to the activi ties that the defendants have pursued in this jurisdiction. Accordingly, the court concludes that it may exercise jurisdiction over the defendants.
