(collectively “BRI”), licensed commercial insurance brokers, appeal from so much of a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thomas P. Griesa, Chief Judge, as dismissed BRFs counterclaims against plaintiffs Potam-kin Cadillac Corp. et al. (collectively “Potam-kin”) for $776,368 in insurance premiums allegedly advanced by BRI to insurers on behalf of Potamkin.
