Plaintiff David T. Hargett appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Dominick L. DiCarlo, Chief Judge of the International Court of Trade, sitting by designation), following a jury verdict for Defendants that resulted in dismissal of the complaint in which Hargett had alleged that he was discriminatorily terminated from his employment.
