The bill of complaint in this case is filed for the purpose of correcting a description in two real estate deeds. From a decree in favor oí the complainant, the defendant James Ketchum has brought the case here by appeal.
On August 14, 1908, Daniel Ketchum died, leaving as his widow the complainant Ada Ketchum. She is the daughter of defendant Griselda Russell. The defendant James Ketchum, who resides in Virginia, is the brother of Daniel Ketchum, the deceased. Daniel Ketchum left no children and no brothers or sisters except James Ketchum.
