Plaintiffs, Frank Leek, Mildred Burk, Sherman Wenger, Carol Stuckey, Larry Wright, and Byron Reeser (taxpayers), appeal from the summary judgment entered on their claims for misleading ballot statement, improper issuance of sales and use tax revenue bonds, and improper consolidation of the preliminary injunction hearing with the trial under C.R.C.P. 65(a)(2). Defendants, the City of Golden and various city officials (collectively, the city), cross-appeal claiming mootness because the bonds in question have already been issued.
