Appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to the complaint in an action to enforce a mechanic’s lien. The complaint sets forth these facts: While the defendant Pfeninger was the owner of certain land in the city of New Ulm, the New Ulm Basket-Works, a corporation, entered into a contract with one Clarke, whereby the latter undertook to erect and furnish machinery for a basket “manufac-tory” on the land.
