In this action to recover proceeds from a life insurance policy, plaintiff, Sherrie K. Spencer (the beneficiary), appeals the judgment entered after trial to the court in favor of defendant, Kemper Investors Life Insurance Company (Kemper). She asserts that the trial court erred in ruling that the policy’s incontestability provisions did not bar Kemper from asserting its defenses.
