The following is the decree of the trial justice: This is an action of claim and delivery, brought by the plaintiff against the defendant for the recovery of a certain iron gray mare mule, named Beck, about eleven years old; and the facts, as appears from the testimony taken at the trial on the 31st day of October, are as follows: 1.
