JOSEPH B. MORRIS, Justice.
At issue in this case is whether an umbrella liability insurance policy provides coverage for alleged pollution damages. California Union Insurance Company denied coverage contending that a pollution exclusion in its policy barred the insured, Mesa Operating Company, from recovering. After Mesa brought suit, both parties moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Cal Union. We conclude, however, that neither party demonstrated its entitlement to summary judgment as a matter of law. We reverse the trial court’s judgment and…
