The respondent, E. Kent Moore, has been charged with engaging in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal, committing a criminal act which adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer, and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. 1 In accordance with Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 28, a Hearing Officer was appointed; a hearing was conducted; and the Hearing Officer has tendered his report to this Court.
