The respondent, Dollie Stafford Manns, has been charged with violating the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law by converting an investor’s funds to her own use. This Court appointed a hearing officer pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 28, Section 11(b), who, following hearing, tendered his findings of fact and conclusions of law to this Court, therein finding misconduct.
