McKAY, Circuit Judge.

This diversity case revolves around an alleged oral joint venture agreement to pursue a residential housing development in Junction City, Kansas. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiffs on their claims of breach of the joint venture agreement, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, and unjust enrichment.
