Appellees, herein called plaintiffs, were allegedly residents, electors, and taxpayers in Sarpy County. They filed a petition for themselves and others similarly situated in the district court for said county against appellants, herein generally called defendants or designated by name. Plaintiffs’ petition contained two causes of action. The first cause of action sought a declaratory judgment, and the second sought injunctive relief.
