Appellant, Martin Farm Enterprises, Inc., as third party plaintiff, appeals an order of the Cleburne County Circuit Court granting the motion for summary judgment of appellee, Jerry Hayes, as third party defendant, and dismissing with prejudice appellant’s third party complaint for indemnity and contribution. Our jurisdiction of the appeal is proper, pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct.
