Pending before the court is defendants’ motion for summary adjudication of plaintiffs’ fifth, sixth, and ninth causes of action. 1 After a hearing on March 13, 1995, the motion was taken under submission, and is disposed of herein.

THE COMPLAINT
Plaintiffs, Audrey Rodgers and Nellie Walters, were employed in the Animal Control Unit of the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department. They allege that they were sexually harassed by their supervisor, Raymond O’Neal, and plead claims for relief under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against both O’Neal and the County of Yolo.…
