STONE, Justice.
Certiorari to the industrial commission to review an order granting compensation to the widow and dependent children of Glen Lee, deceased.
There is no question but that Lee came to his death February 14, 1938, as the result of an accident which was found by the commission to have arisen out of and as a result of his employment. Re-lators’ challenge of that finding raises the first question for consideration.
