Presently before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”) Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) filed by Defendants Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton and Jennifer Foo (collectively “Defendants”) in their official capacities as Secretary of State of the United States and as an employee of the Office of the Secretary of State, respectively.
