¶ 1. Jerald Treat, a Wisconsin inmate incarcerated at Whiteville Correctional Facility in Tennessee, sought review by certiorari of the decision on his security classification, and he now appeals the circuit court's dismissal of his petition. We conclude the circuit court correctly decided that the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) has the authority under Wis.
