This is a proceeding under the workmen’s compensation act by which thé widow of Edwin C. Newman seeks compensation upon the ground that she was wholly dependent upon her husband on October 31, 1914, the date of his death. St. 1911, c. 751, Part II, § 7 (a), as amended by St. 1914, c. 708, § 3.
The claimant was married to Newman in 1904. Three children were born as the result of the marriage.
