PEE CUEIAM.

John P. Hannon, an attorney licensed to practice in the courts of this state, was found guilty upon three separate charges of professional misconduct by a duly constituted trial committee of the Oregon State Bar. The findings and recommendations of the trial committee were presented to the Board of Governors of the Oregon State Bar at a regular meeting on 8 November 1957, eleven of the twelve members being present.
