This is a disciplinary action instituted by the state of Nebraska on relation of the Nebraska State Bar Association against Clifford L. Rein, a duly licensed attorney at law, whereby it is sought to bring about his disbarment because of illegal, improper and unethical practices1 and conduct engaged in by him. A complaint containing the specifications of the claimed practices and conduct was filed in this court on which issues were joined, whereupon the matter was referred to the Honorable Jean B.
