The crucial questions in the ease are: (1) Was there a completed gift to the defendant and her mother of the property sought to be recovered by this replevin suit? (2) was the donor, Park A. Findley, mentally competent to make such gift? Appellant contends that there was not sufficient evidence tending to negative either of these propositions to warrant the court in submitting the same to the jury, and hence the trial court erred in overruling her motions for a directed verdict.
