LAVORATO, Justice.

We consider in this judicial review proceeding whether the district court erred in sustaining the Iowa Department of Job Service’s 1 denial of unemployment benefits to Deloma M. Norland. Norland had refused an offer of temporary work from her previous employer after losing her job during a lengthy leave of absence. When the final department decision refusing benefits was rendered and rehearing was denied, Norland filed a petition for judicial review.
