Reversing.

The appellant and plaintiff below, Melvin G-. Westerfield, in the year 1930 began serving the appellee and defendant below Prudential Insurance Company of America as a solicitor of life insurance for it within a prescribed district in Louisville, Ky., and also making-weekly collections of premiums on nonlapsed policies issued by defendant to persons within his district.
