Plaintiff brought suit against West Coast Dairy Co., a corporation, Peter Rodstrom and Selma Rodstrom, husband and wife, the copartnership composed of Charles Kempma and Albert Miller, doing business as Kempma & Miller, and against Charles Kempma and Gwaantje Kempma, husband and wife, and Albert Miller, individually, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff as the result of undulant fever contracted from drinking milk produced and marketed by defendants.
