This appeal arises from a controversy over alimony. The wife appeals a judgment that nullified a previous judgment in her favor.
Beryl Corceller Babin and Gerald R. Ba-bin separated in 1979. Mrs. Babin and a child born after the separation lived in Jefferson, the husband in Catahoula Parish. *836The wife filed for separation in the 24th Judicial District Court on October 23, 1979, alleging cruel treatment, and continuous litigation has followed.
