This matter is before the Court on a Motion for a Protective Order brought by Defendants Paul C. Kitchens (“Kitchens”), Donald R. Strickland (“Strickland”), and Mid-Atlantic Title Services, Inc. (“Mid-Atlantic”) (collectively “Defendants”) in response to a subpoena duces tecum issued by Plaintiff Mortgage Information Services, Inc. (“Plaintiff’).
