VAUGHN, Judge.

In reviewing workmen’s compensation awards, this Court is bound by the findings of fact of the Industrial Commission if they are supported by competent evidence even though the record contains evidence which would support contrary findings. Smith v. Burlington Industries, 35 N.C. App. 105, 239 S.E. 2d 845 (1978); Blalock v. Roberts Co., 12 N.C. App. 499, 183 S.E. 2d 827 (1971). This Court may only determine whether any competent evidence was presented to support the Commission’s findings and whether these findings justify the Commission’s decision. Byers v.
