On March 20, 1931, Florence Huntoon filed a declaration consisting of one count to recover damages on account of alleged malpractice on the part of Dr. J.E. Pritchard. Defendant's general demurrer to this declaration was sustained and plaintiff was given leave to amend. On September 23, 1931, she filed amendments to the original declaration.
