MEMORANDUM OPINION
STARK, District Judge:
I. Background
This case involves a dispute over an agency and distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) between the Plaintiff, Tradimpex Egypt Company (hereinafter “Tradimpex” or “Plaintiff’) and Defendant, Biomune Company (hereinafter “Biomune” or “Defendant”). The parties entered into the Agreement in 2001 and, pursuant to it, Tradimpex became Biomune’s agent for the importation and distribution of Biomune’s products in Egypt. In 2009, Biomune reduced the list of products that Tradimpex would distribute and designated Axis Agency Services, Ltd.…
