Marcel Windt and E.T. Meijer, in their capacity as trustees in bankruptcy for KPNQwest N.V. (“Trustees”), appeal from the dismissal of their amended complaint on forum non conveniens grounds by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The Trustees asserted claims against Qwest Communications International, Inc. (“Qwest”), Joseph P. Nacchio, Robert A. McMaster and Robert S.
