In substance, it appears that in assumed compliance with statutory provisions affecting the matter, a petition for change in the boundaries of one school district that adjoined a second school district, so that a part of the area that had been included in the latter district would be taken from it and thereafter would • be included within the area of the first district, came on for hearing before the respondent board of supervisors, and that thereupon the said petition was granted and an order was en tered in accordance therewith.
