Robinson v. Bd. of Supervisors of Sacramento
California Supreme Court

Defendants moved to dismiss the petition, and demurred on the ground that the proceedings sought to be reviewed were not judicial in their character, and hence that certiorari would not lie. After the return to the writ, the Court dismissed the petition. Relators appeal.
