This appeal deals with the appointment of a receiver.

*632The plaintiff, a minority stockholder in the defendant, the Austin Securities Company, a corporation, brought this suit. He obtained the appointment of a receiver for the defendant company and an injunction against that company. The defendants have lodged their appeal here to reverse that judgment. The appointment of a receiver is the main issue.
