This was an action under the workmen’s compensation act for total permanent disability resulting from the loss of both eyes. The action was brought by Louis Mendel against the Fort Scott Hydraulic Cement Company, the American Service Company, and their respective insurance carriers, the Travelers Insurance Company and the Casualty Reciprocal Exchange.
