In this case, plaintiff, who resides in Massachusetts, filed a complaint in trespass on December 30, 1976, *162against defendant, who resides in York County, Pennsylvania, seeking to recover $481.72 for damages to plaintiff’s automobile which resulted from a collision with defendant’s motor vehicle on a Pennsylvania highway on April 21, 1973. Defendant has filed preliminary objections to the complaint on the grounds that the suit is barred by a two-year statute of limitations, that the affidavit to the complaint indicates that plaintiff personally appeared before the notary public…
