CECCHI, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of the proposed Settlement Agreement1 and Class Counsel’s Motion for attorney fees, reimbursement of expenses, and service award payments to the named Plaintiffs. Signum, LLC (“Signum”), a Tag-Along party to this multidistrict litigation, also filed a Motion for Injunctive Relief and Protective Order.
