WOOLLEY, Circuit Judge.

These cross-appeals are from one of several decrees made from time to time by the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania in its attempts to adjust the business difficulties of the Rowley family arising out of a common desire of its members to engage in like businesses under the same name. A recital and discussion of all their doings would result in an opinion as long — and as confusing — as the litigation itself.
