ITT Industries, Inc. v. National Labor Relations Board
Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
GARLAND, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board determined that ITT Industries, Inc. violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act when it refused to permit employees from one ITT plant to distribute pro-union handbills in the parking lot of another ITT facility. ITT petitions for review of that decision. Because we conclude that the Board reasonably interpreted the Act, we deny the petition and grant the Board’s application for enforcement of its order.
