Annie Carey, plaintiff, brings this appeal from an order and judgment entered in the municipal court of Chicago in favor of the defendant the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and against plaintiff. Suit was brought by plaintiff against the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company to recover on a certain life insurance policy issued by the defendant company for $1,500 upon the life of plaintiff’s son, Joseph Carey, plaintiff having been named as beneficiary in said policy.
