Defendants in error, William H. Tegtmeyer and other heirs-at-law of Henry Tegtmeyer, deceased, who were beneficiaries under a written trust agreement, filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county to compel plaintiff in error, Daisy Tegtmeyer, who was the widow and sole heir-at-law of the trustee, Edward Tegtmeyer, deceased, to account for a trust fund and the profits thereof which she had received.
